Payments are due in full (30) days prior to arrival. If booked in the year prior, there is a three payment schedule with one third of the rent is due at the signing of the lease along with the processing fee, second third due January 15 in the rental year and the final third due 30 days prior to arrival along with the security deposit and any other fees for the rental. If booking in the rental year, there is a two payment schedule, the first half of the rent along with the processing fee are due with the signing of the lease and the second half is due (30) days prior along with the security deposit and any other fees for the rental. Re-Rental Policy: This lease is a binding contract between you, the TENANT, and the LANDLORD. If you have questions, please consider legal counsel. Your obligations under this lease are binding and are set forth in an effort to insure that your vacation plans are secure. We do understand that serious illness or other unforeseen circumstances can occur which can change your plans. If this happens to you, notify us as soon as possible and we will attempt to find a replacement tenant to assume your responsibilities under this lease. If we are successful in doing so, we will refund all payments made by you less the administrative fee and commission. Please note that travel insurance is available to you and, if utilized will supersede this re-rental policy.
